PACIFIC RIM SCULPTORS ("PRS", PacificRimSculptors.org) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization focused on promoting the creation and appreciation of sculpture as an important art form. It is chapter of the International Sculpture Center (sculpture.org), publisher of Sculpture magazine.

Pacific Rim Sculptors, a 501(c)3 non-profit arts organization that is dedicated to bringing sculpture to the world. PRS is a chapter of the International Sculpture Center.
Juror / Curator: Robert Melton, the Outreach Coordinator / Curator for de Young College Arts Program, a freelance curator and community events art organizer. He is the founder and executive director for Nexus ArtReach Art Collective. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Ethnic Studies and Art History and a Master's degree in Museum Studies with emphasis on curatorship and public programming from San Francisco State University. Melton has curated a variety of art exhibitions and events throughout the San Francisco Bay Area including the recent Sculpture of the Pacific Rim at the Commonwealth Club.
Art Inspired by Travel showcases the works of artists who are inspired by travel. Traveling, whether locally or afar can be inspirational, memorable, and life-changing. Travel can foster cultural awareness, tolerance, and a deeper appreciation for the hidden beauty within our world.
Artists are encouraged to submit works that can be broadly interpreted whether literally, figuratively, conceptually, representationally, abstractly, imaginatively, virtually, and/or structurally. Artworks can be small to large free-standing, pedestal-mounted, wall-mounted and suspended sculpture, both indoor and outdoor. New media and video installations will be considered.
Artists may submit up to three works.
Submission deadline is 11:59 PM, Tuesday August 16, 2022.

SALES: All artworks must be for sale and available for purchase. Sales will be managed by the Venue/Curator, with a 30% commission. Artists are encouraged also to make a tax-deductible donation to PRS of a 5% commission on sales at or resulting from the show.
NOTE:
- There is a submission fee of $55 for non-PRS Members.
- Submission is free for members of Pacific Rim Sculptors (see prospectus above for information about joining).
